The Committee of Management which reports to the Council is responsible for the overall administration and attainment of the Institute's goals and objectives.
Its membership is constituted of a senior executive personnel appointed by each of the affiliated financial institutions.
The Committee meets at regular intervals to oversee the directions and activities of the Institute.
It is authorised and has the power to carry out the stated objectives itself collectively or may delegate all or any of its powers to one or more of its members or its employees as it deems fit.
The Committee also has the power of control over staff of the Institute including the power to dispense with the services of any employee.
The Committee would be required to expedite the Institute’s policies to the best of its ability and to utilise the constitutional powers vested in it for the betterment of the institution and in fact manage the orderly operational aspects of the Institute and effectively deal with associated problems common to such organisations.
